Talks for local groups
I am available to give talks to organisations and groups, large or small in the Essex area, tailoring each talk to whatever the group may be interested in. This could include an introduction on how hypnotherapy works, the power of positive visualisation with a practical group demonstration or an Emotional Freedom Technique presentation and discovery session. This is an ideal opportunity to experience first hand the many benefits that hypnotherapy has to offer, there is no obligation to join in and people can just observe if they prefer.
Hypnotherapy Evenings and Coffee Mornings
Why not get together with some friends in the comfort of your own home for an enjoyable coffee morning/ social evening with a difference? I provide informal talks to groups, large or small which include an introduction on how hypnotherapy works, a practical demonstration of Emotional Freedom Technique on a volunteer with a simple phobia (mice, spiders, heights etc.) and a general group relaxation and stress busting session which always goes down well! I like to keep my talks as informal and enjoyable as possible.
